|Recommended: YesI Have Lived Here Almost A Month, So Take This With A Grain Of Salt — My time here has been too short to say anything definitive. I like it enough. I'll probably like it more once I start my job since I chose this location for the short commute. Apoo is really nice though from the few interactions I've had with her.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years and have absolutely loved it We lived in another TR McKenzie apartment for 3 years prior to 1035 and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I would highly recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a quiet and secluded apartment. Being on the first floor, our upstairs neighbors are pretty loud throughout the day, which has made working from home a little difficult, but that's one of the consequences to apartment living and during a pandemic. Otherwise, it's pet friendly and have never had an issue with other dogs and there are lots of neighborhoods parks to go for walks. Very family friendly and always feel safe at any time of the day.
|Recommended: YesBest Place To Call Home — There are not enough words to express how happy I am here and feel like this is home. The staff office, maintenance, etc is 2nd to none. I am 61 years old and have rented most of my adult life. All of the properties that I have lived at don't come close to Ten35West as to how well managed and how well the grounds are maintained. The amenities are so wonderful and I enjoy the use of all of them. Thank you to everyone at Ten35West. You truly are the best.
|Recommended: YesVery Responsive Staff — It's rare to find property staff that responds as quickly and thoroughly as the staff at Ten35 west do. I've dealt with some property managers that either don't respond at all, or if they do, it's clear that they have NOT read the email I sent them very carefully. However, here I've always gotten a response within the same day if I email during regular business hours, and if I have a question during the weekend, it doesn't get overlooked and someone does respond that following Monday.
